Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi are celebrating a serious anniversary as they navigate their new lives in the UK.
The previous Ellen DeGeneres Present host shared a tribute to her spouse Dec. 1 as they marked 20 years because the begin of their romance.
“20 years in the past right now we started this relationship,” Ellen wrote on Instagram, alongside a selfie of herself and Portia within the countryside, “not realizing what an extended lovely journey this could be.”
The comic stated the Ally McBeal alum, who she married in 2008, the “smartest thing that ever occurred” in her life.
“You care for me,” Ellen wrote. “You assist me see the nice in all the things. You assist to information me and choose me up after I really feel off or down.
